STUDIO HOURS: Our studio hours are 10-4 pm GMT, Monday to Friday (closed on UK bank holidays). We try to answer all questions as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours, but it’s just me here so your patience is greatly appreciated if we take a little longer!
