STUDIO HOURS: Our studio hours are 10-4 pm GMT, Monday to Friday (closed on UK bank holidays). I try to answer all questions as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours, but it’s just me here so your patience is greatly appreciated if it takes a little longer!
