WHERE IS IT FROM & WHY IS IT DEADSTOCK? There is a little story … A long, long time ago Mrs. M met Mr. M when he worked in a local Haberdashers and covered her buttons. That haberdashery shop was Kleins, a very well known supplier to the fashion, theatre and costumier trade in Soho London and traded for over 80 years. Mr. M had kept in touch with the owner these last 30 odd years and now they have closed due to retirement. So that is where all of our Designer Deadstock Haberdashery Range is from – one shop, closed due to retirement and a move to a much sunnier climate, and we were the last hope and did not want to see it eventually end up in a skip.
AGE: Some of these items are older stock and may show signs of age which we will always try to describe accurately. Ages of deadstock items are our best guess.
COMPOSITION & ORIGIN: We rarely have information regarding fibre content of our deadstock range so all composition and country of origin information of deadstock items will be our best guess.
CUT LENGTHS: We will always try to send a continuous length of any trims and fabrics, but due to the nature of deadstock this may not be possible and some items may be sent with joins.
SAMPLES: Sorry, but we can’t offer samples of our deadstock range but you are able to purchase a metre. PLEASE NOTE: We try to take accurate photos but colours may look different on a monitor than in real life. Cut fabrics and trims are non-refundable.
STOCK LEVELS: As these are deadstock items when they are gone, they’re gone! We will not be ordering more.
